The Alexa rankings are a bit pointless since they only track visits by people who have the Alexa toolbar. If I was to advertise the toolbar here on the site our rankings and visits would shoot up even though actual traffic wouldn't change at all.

All these sites have their own spin

I just posted it in response to someone asking for the nationality breakdown of the membership.Even that I would question

The wayback machine is pretty cool for reading past updates
Seeing the site from a different perpsective etc

http://web.archive.org/web/199712220616 ... rtman.com/

and the big 2000 update =) man it was amazing
http://web.archive.org/web/200003010555 ... rtman.com/

wow lol, who remembers the old school self-written Message Board with the "1 single page" for all posts lol , was that not the greatest =)

I havent been here since 2003 ... and when i try to go to the chatroom , the java applet doesnt work, i tried mIRC and the server couldnt connect ... did the whole old school community just die off or what?

I still remember when i had that little fan made, "Nat Photos" web site =P, almost got linked on the official site, then they said they were worried about giving me a subdomain/subdirectory link.

And that dude.... from the chat .... weird dude... like in the not-good weird way...

anywayz ... back to what i was saying ...
Whens the nat site going to be getting an update? if ever ...

Wish I had been around back then. The community seems to have been funner and more family like back in the day.

Was that what it was really like?(a question to anybody who was there)

I recall there was a guy on here a few months ago who was a big fan back then and who was lamenting how the community had changed.

I wished I had become a fan before I did. Which I think was like April of 2005. Or maybe a few months before that. My memory is hell these days.

Dazza: do you own this site? I ask because you're talking about possibly making money off it in the other thread.

Who owns the URL?

And does he/she give a shit whether or not you're making money?

Just curious man, seems like an odd arrangement.

I haven't spoken to Audio in years. If he had a problem with how I was running the site I'm sure he would have contacted me. But from the moment he handed over the site he's pretty much let us just do our thing.
