When do you find time to Relax?

When do you find time to Relax?

Postby buttsie » Fri Aug 22, 2008 11:53 pm

I often wondered why we place so much emphasis on the weekend
given many of us work in industries where their is no difference between mon-fri & sat-sun?

Is not the time after work during the week just as valuable in breaking up the monotony of the modern life?

Its obvious to me that the entertainment industry is screaming for us to come out at night time during the week...mon-wed..specials at restaurants...half price picture nights etc

Hmmm... as I don't have right now a social life, I relax in the time "meant" to be at parties, discos -me in a disco (again  )? What a joke! or cinema

I miss the cinema. :(

But I relax. :D

Your modern ideas of relaxation are flawed.

I have a new philosophy I like to call the Tao of Knish. I'm not sure my sample sizes are big enough yet, but I'll unveil once it's ready, and the true key to happiness will most def. shock you for certs.

Oh, I am certain it will shock me (at least if I decide to read them, there is always a certain ammount of risk on reading what you write... risk of finding something that disgust. Sorry, but that is my experience) ! I guess you meant "shock" like in finding distastefull", right?

My ideas of relaxation are flawed? Could be. But I will hang on them. I don't have an open mind! :D

The ironic thing about the Tao of Knish is it requires anyone interested in relaxation to really spend about 35h/week analyzing statistics and studying data.

I was down about $40,000 Tuesday afternoon. I wasn't even concerned. It's all about the Tao of Knish. Panic is for Anglos. Be the Jew.

I haven't felt anxious in days. Mostly just very, very tired. I've been up for two days straight, with little naps that last about ten minutes here and there.

If you haven't figured it out yet, my Tao system is actually just an extremely racist self-motivation course. Lesson 2 is Why Asians No Rike Money. Sign up for US$46.74.

Try to take at least one day out of a week off. I just distribute the work load so I don't have to do more work than I need to. If needed, take a few days off, do things with minimal planning.

I sadly hardly ever relax. Too much work and bullshit.
