The Holiday Thread

Here is a thread where we all can discuss, comment, and wish everybody a Happy Holiday.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving everybody and like Jay Leno said one time on the Tonight Show, "If the turkey has a high temperature before you put the turkey in the oven ....DON'T EAT IT!"

Happy hilidays to all. And don't worry if the turkey has a high temperature before it gets to the oven. The heat will cure the fever

I generally have two options for Thanksgiving/Christmas etc.: Gin-soaked solitude or patronizing physical juxtaposition. P.P.J. has pie, so it generally wins in a route.

Poor baby. Maybe you should ask for kerchief, too, with which to dry your tears at the nauseating site of love and prosperity. Ask them to buy you this, then give it to me:

That's Allah's official request, if any of you are shoppin' for me.

Ask for about 5-10 different items, that way you're not sure what you're going to get.

1. Any memorabilia from the movie "V For Vendetta"
2. Any memorabilia from the movie "Leon: The Professional"
3. A memory stick for my computer/digital camera
4. A Mr. Magorium Target Gift Card
5. Paris Je T'aime on dvd (2-disc set)
6. The larger sock monkey from the movie Mr. Magorium Wonder Emporium.
7. A favorite tv show thats available on dvd.
8. That book on Leon you wanted and a French-English Dictionary.
9. A cd of your favorite group
10. A movie theatre gift card so you can either go see Mr. Magorium, TOBG, or any other movie you want to see.

They probably won't be able to get you everything on the list, so even though you know you'll get something from the list you don't know which one.

there is no surprise, but there is the excitement of the spect... Besides, you allways has the chance to tell them the next time with a nice smile: "You surprise me!"

I'm almost finished with my Christmas shopping, I went over budget again this year but that's ok it's not about the money.

Happy Hanukkah to anyone here who celebrates it besides Nat.

Kwanzaa? What the heck is that? Sounds like the name of a SW alien which appears for seconds in one of the movies and then obtain a whole story
