Don't know where else to put this, but does anyone know how to *cough* obtain fonts?

I wished I knew Rachel.

A buddy of mine is a web designer and he wanted my help in finding him some.

I found a few on Google but I don't know if they're "new" or anything.

I have no idea what "obtain" means so I just hope that my dictionary translated it correctly ...
I usually get my fonts here:

http://www.dafont.com/

And I just noticed that you asked how to obtain fonts ... so I guess that's not what you meant, right?

Aside from trying to find them in an open directory somewhere online, or finding a font pack that explicitly states that the one you want is included, I have no idea.

Yeah, I should have specified that I mean commercial fonts.

On the subject of fonts, WhatTheFont lets you upload an image with text in it and will tell you what font it is.

Photobucket has gotten progressively worse since they sold out years ago, but this is kind of the last straw. :\

Pretty much a minefield for mine...newbies that are great soon fall into line with the rest imho and experience

Saw this one a month ago and they were offering up to 10mb per file...thats now 2mb.No advertising and direct unlimited access with option of having personal images and creating galleries.
