she's fine as hell? believe me, she's femme fatale. in a list of major dumb women, sarah palin will take the first three spots. john mccain created a bride of frankenstein here. now she thinks she's intelligent.

Agreed. Palin maybe good looking but then so is Paris Hilton it doesn't mean I want anything to do with them.

MSNBC sack keith olbermann

I wonder does this open the door for Tina Fey to do her extreme left leaning version of Sarah Palin before the next American Election really gets into gear?

While they wait for someone more fitting for the role

Jeb Bush...."Just like the Bush Clan...cant stay away from Power"

Donald Trump...WTF?

Sarah Palin..."After last time you have to be kidding"

Mike Huckabee..."I'll have America back to 1950s speed ASAP"

Will be interesting to see how much of Obamas "Hopeful voters" stay the journey

One expects if the economy keeps spluttering it could be an even money race unless the Republicans are silly enough to let Palin on the ticket again
I'd say the same about going with another Bush as well

in our country the senate is having hearings with generals who used military funds for personal use, when questioned about properties they have here and abroad, none of them remember how they acquired these assets even though they have no source of income, a wife had hypertension and had to be excused to the clinic, and one of them said that he would never admit he's a dummy

another day in paradise...

Quick wit, how's Manny Pacquiao doing as a leader (a senator, i think?) - is he making a big impact, or is he fairly powerless to change much himself?

(love him as a fighter, and seems like a great guy from those HBO 24/7 behind the scenes shows too)

he's a congressman and the last thing I heard was he endorsed Harry Reid, who is criticized for using his position to make himself rich

imo i think he should just stick to boxing, with this move i don't think he's powerless to change anything but he doesn't seem to know what he's doing

Big changes tonight:

- Conservative majority government.

- NDP form the official opposition. They won a record number of seats for themselves today. They've never formed the government or official opposition before.

- Liberals were trashed and wound up with a a record low number of seats. They've never not been either the government or official opposition before.

- The Bloc Quebecois have been almost destroyed in Quebec, with only like 3 seats out of 75 in their province.

- The Green Party won a seat for the first time in history.

---

Good or bad, it will interesting to see how the next four years go.

You can always count on the Republican presidential candidates for some light entertainment

Rick Perry from Texas as a debator makes Sarah Palin look competent

I'm sure on winning the race Rick will abolish these 3 department of government
the Military,Homeland Security & the secret service

He's that wet behind the ears

Please let Cain be the Republican runner. That dude is hilarious. I thought it was only in SA where someone like that could have a shot at becoming the head of a country. Unbelievable.

I really hope this clusterfuck of candidates is just because no Republican who's actually capable of being president wants to go up against Obama and lose, so they're just letting the crazies sort themselves out.
