I love those two ;) (even if the first one is a LITTLE bit blurry)

Thanks!

Yeah, the lens I used isn't exactly meant for macro photography. I'd like to buy some new gear but I need the money first

Last couple days I've gone walking to the winelands down the road and both on Monday and Tuesday there was a huge group of baboons chilling out in the area. Today I went again and this time took my camera with me. This is just a 5 minute walk from my house.

 ... Monkeys!!!!! The most exotic and interesting pictures so far in the thread as far as I'm concerned.

I've always wondered what it would be like to have apes around near by. They are the wackiest of all animals. Are they any trouble? They're quite ridiculously fast and have helluva jaws.

Yeah, they're generally pretty naughty. This group isn't too bad but others are really bold and smart about how to get into your house and raid the fridge. They'll turn over rubbish bins. They'll pull straw out of thatch roofs for shits and giggles.

But this group was just cute as hell to observe. Pity I can't take pictures for shit.

Africa is a weird continent. Your fauna does little for me, but your conflict diamonds make my hustle look legendary, so I'll give you a pass.

me and a guy i dated back in Oct were going to go to the Grand Canyon in Dec.

he still went.

i'll be flying over the Canyon when me and my bf go to Vegas to see his dad get married.

hopefully i'll have a window seat, though i'm horribly afraid of heights, and dying on planes.

As someone who's slightly high and opening packs of baseball cards to pass the time until my fiance I've known less than 8 months returns from a seizure auction, myself all the while wearing no shirt and sweat pants I stole from my social worker when I was 14, I feel comfortable pointing out how trashy your sentence sounds. Of course, I lied, as I'm more than slightly high.
